The role

Keller are currently seeking an administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will be based in our plant and equipment yard in Braeside VIC.

Key responsibilities:

  • Front office duties, including greeting visitors, managing mail and deliveries and receiving / directing calls 
  • General administrative duties such as managing inventory, filing, and archiving 
  • Coordinating and submitting time sheets to payroll
  • Planning, scheduling, and reporting of maintenance activities 
  • Administration of records relating to plant equipment 
  • Purchasing goods and sourcing quotes as required 

About you

As an experienced administrator you will be self-motivated and organised with well developed interpersonal skills. You will thrive working in a team environment coupled with the ability to work autonomously.

You will also have:

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative position
  • Strong computer literacy, experience working with Excel 
  • A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with exceptional time management skills
  • Great communication for liaising with internal teams and suppliers
