About the Role
With a strong pipeline of secured projects across the next 6–12 months, we are looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team in Canning Vale, WA, leading the safe and efficient delivery of piling and ground engineering projects.
In this role, you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site activities to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with Keller’s HSEQ policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

Provide technical expertise and practical solutions across piling and heavy foundation projects

Manage site resources, including workforce planning, training, and equipment requirements

Monitor project performance, budgets, and programs, identifying risks and opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Lead, motivate, and mentor supervisors and site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You
-
Significant experience in construction supervision or management, ideally in piling or ground engineering

Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or equivalent industry experience

Strong understanding of commercial, contractual, and project management processes

Construction Induction (White) Card and relevant High-Risk Work Licences
-
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to resolve challenges, make sound decisions, and drive continuous improvement
