About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accountant to join our Finance Team in our Sydney office based in Macquarie Park, NSW. This role is responsible for supporting a range of financial accounting functions across reporting, joint ventures, fixed assets, banking, and procurement.
As part of a collaborative and high performing team, you will gain broad exposure across the business and contribute to accurate and timely reporting in line with Keller’s governance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and dashboards

Support Joint Venture (JV) accounting including cost claim processing and reconciliations

Contribute to accounting functions for the precast manufacturing and plant teams

Assist in capital expenditure tracking, fixed asset processes, and stock takes

Prepare bank guarantee documentation and reconcile balances

Raise and monitor procurement requisitions for various departments

Assist with taxation reporting including BAS and FBT
-
Support compliance activities such as ABS reporting and system data accuracy
About you
-
Degree qualified in Accounting or Commerce
-
1–2 years of experience in a commercial finance team or accounting public practice

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to take initiative while working collaboratively in a team environment

Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial systems
