About the role
We are seeking experienced Ground Improvement/Jet Grouting Rig Operators to join our specialist ground engineering team at Keller. You will operate KB8 and MC22 rigs on complex ground improvement projects across Australia.
Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain jet grouting rigs (KB8, MC22 models) to deliver high-quality outcomes

Operate piling rigs and associated equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery

Support daily site operations including material handling, rig movements, and site preparation

Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality requirements

Assist with inspections, reporting, and routine maintenance of equipment
-
Contribute to a strong safety culture through teamwork and adherence to safety standards
About you
-
Previous experience operating piling rigs (Bored, CFA & Jet Grouting experience)

Willingness to work as an offsider and assist in all aspects of site operations

Strong understanding of site safety and risk management

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the site team

Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding outdoor environment

Commitment to learning and developing skills within the geotechnical industry
