About the role

Keller is seeking a proactive and adaptable IT Support Technician to join our busy, friendly, and collaborative IT Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract with a view to permanency.

As the primary IT contact for our national workforce, you will partner with our management team, end-users and global technology teams to provide end-to-end technical support.

This role will require working between our Perth CBD office and Canning Vale office, with flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting and providing guidance to end users on incidents and service requests through the IT service system (ServiceNow)

  • Troubleshooting, resolving and/or escalating reported incidents in the IT service system when they cannot be resolved remotely

  • Assisting with ad hoc requests ranging from software troubleshooting to hardware installation.

  • Providing level 1 and 2 onsite support or remote support to resolve operational problems

  • Taking ownership and being proactive with user issues

  • Supporting local and global projects and initiatives

 

 About you

  • To be successful in this role you are curious and passionate about IT and you have a customer-centric approach to solving problems. You will also have:

  • Experience in a service desk or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities

  • High level of drive, initiative, and a sense of urgency

  • Service-Now, ADUC, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred

  • ITIL 4.0 Foundations certification is preferred

  • CompTIA certifications are a plus

  • Availability of working rostered weekends
