About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Systems Lead to take national ownership of Keller's maintenance systems, driving the optimization, development and continuous improvement of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), planning processes and asset information systems.
Reporting to the National Plant Manager, you will work across our workshop, operations, project, asset management, procurement, HSE and finance teams, as well as with OEMs, suppliers and service providers. You will be the key subject matter expert for maintenance systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality and preventative maintenance outcomes across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the ongoing optimization and development of Keller’s CMMS platform nationally
- Lead and maintain asset hierarchies, maintenance plans, work order templates, task libraries and master data
- Lead CMMS implementation projects, upgrades, testing and user acceptance activities
- Develop automated workflows, reporting tools, dashboards and digital maintenance processes
- Integrate telematics, GPS, operational systems and asset management databases
- Lead the design and maintenance of reporting systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy and governance
- Drive effective adoption of the CMMS across the business, providing guidance, training and technical expertise to users
- Identify opportunities to automate maintenance planning and reporting through software solutions, scripting and system integrations
- Drive continuous improvement in preventative maintenance compliance, reporting accuracy and maintenance processes
About you
You will bring a combination of maintenance and asset management knowledge, strong systems capability and a continuous improvement mindset. You will ideally have:
- Experience managing, administering and optimising CMMS environments
- Strong database management and data analytics capability
- Advanced Excel skills, including automation tools
- Experience with SQL, Python, PowerShell or API integrations
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management and maintenance processes
- A strong understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance principles
- Experience developing reports, dashboards and automated business processes
- Strong attention to data quality, accuracy and governance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation
- The ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational stakeholders and drive improvements across the business
- A relevant degree or qualification in Engineering, Information Systems, Asset Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline will be highly regarded
