Keller currently seeks an Office Administrator to join our team based at our Queensland state office in Spring Hill.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the State Manager with administrative responsibilities for the region and ensure they are fully informed of work developments, planning and issues
  • General office support such as ordering of office supplies, greeting visitors, answering phone enquiries, and preparing office correspondence
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as entering invoices, raising purchase orders, and collating receipts
  • Manage travel requests for the team, including arranging flights, accommodation, and car hire
  • Assisting with timesheets for site labour
  • Organise and book team events, functions, and training sessions
  • Assist with the administration of tender documents and requests
  • Provide project support as required (inductions, documentations etc)

 

About you

  • Experience in a similar position ideally within a construction environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Efficient time management and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment
