About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Queensland team, overseeing major infrastructure and ground engineering projects.


Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from planning through to execution, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, and within budget.
This role also plays a key leadership function, supporting and mentoring Project Managers and Engineers across the business.

 

About You
You will bring:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience within the construction industry
  • Strong experience in piling and/or ground engineering projects
  • A formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing Project Managers and Engineers
  • Strong technical knowledge of foundation and ground engineering techniques
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Flexibility to travel across QLD and occasionally interstate
