About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Supervisor to join our team based in Perth WA. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and oversight of multiple geotechnical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, production, and commercial outcomes are met. This is a leadership role that drives on-site performance and plays a key part in mentoring and developing future leaders within Keller.
Key responsibilities

Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget

Coordinate plant, labour and subcontractor resources across multiple projects

Enforce compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards

Mentor and upskill leading hands and foremen

Review site investigations and designs, proposing practical construction solutions

Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and suppliers

Drive continuous improvement and support Lean initiatives
About you
You are a hands-on leader with deep experience in piling and ground improvement projects. You are committed to safety, technically strong, and thrive in a dynamic environment where people and project delivery come first.
What you will need:

5–7 years’ supervisory experience in a similar construction environment

Strong knowledge of piling systems, plant, and ground engineering techniques

Cert III in Civil Construction (or equivalent); White Card; High Risk Work Licence (e.g., Dogman)

Strong communication, planning and organisational skills

Competency in MS Word, Excel, and digital site systems

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
